You’ll find it in stuff like eggs, fatty fish, and fortified milk – but honestly, most people still fall short. That’s why this is one of the most common vitamins people end up supplementing. This doesn’t necessarily mean going overboard with vitamin D, but a higher vitamin D intake will improve your health a lot. Even increasing vitamin D’s consumption in small amounts can help you feel more balanced.

    Vitamin B12 – Might Be Why You’re So Tired!

    You’re eating, you’re sleeping, but still feel wiped out? B12 might be the problem. It turns your food into consumable energy for your body and keeps your brain sharp, too. It’s mostly in meat and dairy, so if you’re not eating a lot of that, your levels might be low without you knowing. A basic multivitamin usually covers it, though. Nothing fancy, just enough to make sure you’re not dragging through the day for no reason. Low B12 levels don’t always hit you right away. It’s more like slow brain fog, weird mood dips, or feeling off for weeks. So if that sounds familiar, it’s worth looking into.

It also makes your skin feel smoother, your immune system stronger, and helps your organs function better. So yeah, it’s doing more than people usually credit it for. You get it from stuff like carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes – and also from eggs, milk, or fish. Your body actually stores this one, so it’s not about having it every day. Just enough overall.  If your diet’s been all processed food lately, this might be something you’re low on without knowing.

    Vitamin E – Keeps Things Running Smooth

    Not talked about as much, but still important. Vitamin E works kind of like a shield – it helps protect your cells from damage. It also helps your skin heal, supports your immune system, and plays a role in muscle recovery. You get it from nuts, seeds, spinach, and vegetable oils. If you’re eating low-fat everything or skipping out on greens, there’s a chance you’re not getting enough. People who work out a lot tend to need more of it, too. It’s one of those vitamins where you feel the difference right away, but over time, it helps your body hold up better. Kind of one of  those low-key helpers that just does its job in the background.
